1. Use of the Platform

QLUBO is a sports club management platform. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Club Administrators

If you register a club on QLUBO, you are responsible for ensuring that your club's use of the platform complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations such as GDPR.

3. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. QLUBO is not responsible for payment disputes between clubs and their members.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
